This magnificent property, house and grounds allow you to have the Vacation or Wedding of your dreams.  The Sandy Beach is reminiscent of the Ocean. This place is a dream...secluded yet only 5 minutes from historic downtown New Bern.  Heavenly views of the Miles-Wide Neuse River and the sky. The formal living room and the adjoining rooms in the mansion can have intimate indoor groups of up to 30-35 people. 
 The mansion can seat up to 85 people for indoor receptions, and hold up to 100 people for informal events.
